Turn yourself ‘off and on again’.

Feel your machine shut down momentarily, then re-boot and start up again. 

This time FRESH… 

This time without the slow and sluggish processing, and the incredibly frustrating mind of its own!

OK… you’re in control now.

Prepare yourself for new and improved habits

Processes that will ultimately lead to you feeling clear headed, more energisedpositive, and happier inside and out.

Your body is your machine.

You’re going to feed it over the 28 days… NOT starve it.

You WILL be eating starchy carbohydrates such as sweet potato, basmati rice, white potato and even pasta and noodles (provided you aren’t intolerant) during this challenge.

You WILL establish nutritional balance and consistency so that you and your body know exactly where you stand.

You will NOT be completely cutting out major food groups.

You will NOT be on ‘very low calorie diets’.

It WILL be sustainable & effective.

Great classes with Great coaches who are always there to push you and make sure your technique is spot on. Crossfit is a fantastic way to get fitter, stronger and more flexible! I would recommend Iceni to anyone!

Crossfit Iceni is in one word AMAZING from the Main workouts and personal training sessions to the atmosphere and the coaches, I just can\'t say where this box needs improving i am the sort of person that goes in and out of different fitness phases and normally after a few weeks I give up but not at Iceni!!! All day I think about training there and seeing the awesome people at the box and testing myself every day! I feel great and better than ever and Crossfit Iceni can take all the credit for that I would recommend this box to everyone I meet.
