CrossFit Iceni Program – Block 4

Bring in some Every minute on the minute work for the weightlifting as well as move strict work for the gymnastics. A lot of focus on handstands and handstand push ups too. Mixed in with a some more interval CrossFit conditioning work. And finishing with the benchmark workout DT. 

Looking forward to seeing you all smash this next block and hopefully start hitting some PDs towards the end of this block of training.
